Understanding ourselves changes everything.
I'm Dr Deeksha Dhameja—a UK GP, speaker, podcast host and neurodiversity clinician exploring the psychology behind how we think, feel, connect and parent.

A New Lens on Medicine
My journey began as a GP, learning the science of the body. But it was my own late diagnosis of AuDHD that truly opened my eyes to the deeper architecture of the human mind. This understanding didn't just change how I saw myself; it transformed how I practice medicine.
Now, my work is about humanizing healthcare, fostering curiosity over judgment, and helping others find clarity in their own lived experiences. It’s about building a bridge between clinical knowledge and the deeply personal, often unseen, realities of neurodiversity.
Understanding how your brain actually works isn't a diagnosis, it's a homecoming. It's about finding peace in your own unique architecture.
